Business Development Manager
Astralprise requires a Business Development Manager for the generation and development of new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be a consummate and
credible sales professional selling industry specific ERP and CRM solutions to Managing Directors and other top executives enterprises. The role is focussed purely on new
business and is suited to people who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills
with effective and successful results.
Responsible to: Director,Sales and Marketing
External relationships: Blue chip and SME clients to director level on both marketing and technical teams
Internal relationships: Senior Management, Account Manager team, Delivery and Pre Sales Team,Marketing, Finance and
Administration
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
-You will develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Astralprise to an agreed
annual target which will increase year on year
-Presenting Astralprise to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls
and emails
-Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting
-Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution
pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team
-Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities to Astralprise are
captured and explored
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will be an MBA from a reputed institute with 2-5 years experience in IT sales.

Senior Manager - Training and Development
Astralprise is looking for a Senior Manager, Training and Development. Astralprise has a separate Training and Development Strategic Business Unit.
The key objective of this SBU is to provide Training and Development to Astralprise employees to help them build specified skillsets and facilitate certification. The person would have end to end responsibility of running this business unit on pre specified parameters.
Location: Hyderabad
Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Qualifications : The ideal candidate would be a BTech/BE/MCA from a reputed institute with atleast 2 years of experience. Previous experience in training and education is desirable.
